You don’t have to spend a fortune on property photos for your short term rental or real estate listing. We know there are other companies that offer cheaper service, but there are also companies charging double our rates – for the same product. The question is, what type of return do you get on your investment? If you’re paying $800, $1100 or $1500 for photos of your short term rental, unless it’s very large, you’re likely throwing away hundreds or thousands of dollars every year by the time you figure in seasonal refresh photos. Remember, a year or two from now, your rental will likely look different than it does today. Next year’s Spring photos may not resemble the current layout of your cabin or house. When you’re investing thousands of dollars a year in refresh photos, it quickly outweighs the return.
Your photos should be breath-taking, but the payment to your photographer shouldn’t be!
