Real Estate Listing Photographer

You bring me a listing, and I’ll bring you a story. A spell. A gallery that stops thumbs, pulls heartstrings, and gets offers signed.
Shenandoah Valley 360 offers high-quality real estate photography services that show off your listing! I provide the specific services you need: camera photos, drone aerial photos, and more! My white-glove approach offers you ease of mind and a worry-free experience. I am able to capture the house’s exterior and interior while it is occupied or vacant, with the real estate agent present or not. It’s your choice. Are you an out-of-the-area agent, listing in the Shenandoah Valley? I have specialized service, just for you! With your selection of my services, I show up on time, get the photos of your listing, let you know when I’ve finished, and when you can expect your digital photo delivery.

Real estate photos can make or break your listing. They don’t have to be expensive, but they *do* need to show off your listing. I get the right angles and composition to put your listing in the best position for a showing!

On average, you’ll get about 3 photos per 100sqft of living space, from our standard camera photos package. I’ve crunched these numbers from actual data on the properties I’ve photographed. Your number will vary slightly, depending on outdoor amenities present.

Luxury Real Estate Listing Photographer

Every now and then, you get that listing that needs a special touch. Luxury real estate listings are our specialty! I will make your high-end properties stand out with photos that accentuate the refined amenities offered. With over eight years of experience, I take my time with large homes and properties so your finished photos present your listing accurately. Choose Shenandoah Valley 360 to maximize your presentation!

Homes scheduled for real estate photos should be ready to photograph by the scheduled time of arrival. While I may stage chairs, or close toilet seats, I ask that the house be ready for photos and staged in the condition the agent wishes to present it.

Here’s what I need to get started:

  • The street address of the property

  • A brief description of the house. (e.g. two-story cape-cod)

  • Any special features you’d like highlighted

  • Access information /availability

  • Outbuildings you’d like photographed

  • Occupancy status
