Cancellation

We understand, it happens. Sometimes plans are made, but change. With any project quoted over $500, clients must provide notice of cancellation or reschedule at least 72hrs in advance of the originally scheduled project or a $50 cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged. If the photographer or drone pilot cancels or reschedules due to weather or other prohibiting conditions(flight restrictions, etc) this fee will not apply.

Weather

If weather conditions aren’t suitable, we may strongly suggest a reschedule of photos. It’s our job to get the best possible photos for you and if winds are too high for sustainable flight or rain is likely,  we will get in contact with you to reschedule. Usually, this will be 24hrs beforehand, but if the weather’s still not settled, it may be the same day. We will not fly in conditions where the craft may be damaged or uncontrollable. Safety is our first priority.

Photography/Videography rights

As the creator, Shenandoah Valley 360 retains all rights to content captured by our equipment. For digital media, the paying client will receive original, edited/unedited footage and photos with rights to use the media for the contracted purpose, other than unmodified resale/redistribution(unless discussed and approved prior). For printed materials, the paying client will receive the agreed products.

After your photos/video clips are completed, we will send you a link for digital download of the media. Within 24hrs of that email’s sent timestamp, simply let us know why you’re not satisfied, along with a statement that the media will not be used or distributed, and 100% of any payment we’ve received from you will be refunded without hesitation.
