I also take precautions to protect your property! Shoecovers are worn when indoors, and lights, and shades are left as I found them when we arrived. If you won’t be able to be present at the shoot, I can access with a door code, and text you when I leave. Just be sure to let me know of any amenities you’d like special attention paid to in photo coverage.

A few short term rental photos I’ve provided my clients
I’ll capture “experience photos” to highlight your space and you can expect to receive 1-3 images per room, depending on its size. My average photo delivery is 30-40 photos for vacation rentals, but if you have a larger property or outdoor amenities like hot tubs and fire pits, you can expect a larger delivery. Adding aerial photos and/or natural twilight photos would likely increase that number as well.
If you’d like, I’ll be happy to furnish information on what to expect from your short term rental photography, how to prepare, and staging tips for each room in your listing. In some cases, I may make minor furniture arrangement changes for photos (only at your request), but your property should be ready to shoot at the scheduled arrival time.

Here’s what we suggest to get started:
On average, you’ll get about 4 photos per 98sqft of living space, from our standard camera photos package. I’ve crunched these numbers from actual data on the properties I’ve photographed. Your number will depend on amenities present, hot tubs, fire pits, saunas, etc.
What’s Included at no Additional Charge in Your Short Term Rental Photos:
Minimum of 1 photo per room
Unless it’s a small bedroom or bath, we’ll likely capture a second angle
Exterior Photos
We’ll of course, capture photos of the residence’s exterior and immediate surroundings
Image Color Correction
Whites should be white, not yellow. Sometimes lighting affects photos, but we color correct each photo to make sure your property is portrayed accurately for your guests!
Digital Delivery
You will get a link to a gallery where you can download digital copies of your photos, without watermark and you can use them in any form of advertising you wish.
Your short term rental photos will be available to you for 7 days to download!
24Hr Turnaround
Except for very rare circumstances involving some properties over 2,500 sqft, you’ll get your photos within 24hrs of when they are captured. We also offer same-day turnaround for properties under 2000 square feet!
