Low-light or midday lighting are both usable for our aerial photography. From night-time light shows, to fireworks to parades with sun overhead; I balance the lighting and filter correctly to reduce glare and keep the subject visible.
I are able to fly in gusts up to 20mph as long as the weather’s dry, but flights are at the pilot’s discretion for everyone’s safety. If for some reason, I’m not able to fly on the scheduled day due to weather, I will reschedule to fit your needs.

FAA Licensed Pilot / Insured Flight
Federal law requires drone pilots involved in any commercial activity or producing photos/video that will be used for any commercial activity to be FAA licensed. This is for your safety, and those of others nearby. As an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot, our photographers are trained in flight safety. My flights are insured to protect you and the property.
Please note if using an unlicensed pilot from another source: If your drone photography pilot is not FAA licensed, their “insurance” won’t cover an accident, should it occur.
8-15 Photos and Multiple Angles of Property and Structures
You’ll get 8-15 aerial photos of the property/structure being photographed. There are very rare instances where this will vary due to nearby obstructions, tall trees, powerlines, etc.. I will keep you informed of anything encountered that might affect the number of drone photos captured. My 8 years of experience is put to use to capture the best angles of your residence, vacation rental or real estate property.
Image Color Correction / Sharpening
Whites should be white, not yellow. Sometimes lighting affects photos, but I color correct each photo to make sure your property is portrayed accurately for you. Sometimes images need that extra “kick” of clarity and I go the extra mile to deliver crisp photos in up to 100 megapixel resolution
Digital Delivery
You will get a link to download digital copies of your photos, without watermark and you can use them in any form of advertising you wish.
